Tempeh Satay is a vegetarian or vegan variation of the traditional meat-based satay dish. Instead of using meat, slices or cubes of tempeh are marinated, skewered, and then grilled or cooked in a similar fashion to the meat-based version. The satay sauce is then poured over or served alongside the grilled tempeh, creating a delicious combination of flavors and textures.
